Kubic Pty Ltd

KUBIC was established in July 2005 by Joseph Princi & Brett Serratore. Both had met years before at Melbourne University where they had completed their studies together.

Upon completion of a double degree in Architecture and Building Joseph went to work for renowned architecture firm Fender Katsalidis before steering down the construction path and spending a number of years with construction firms Built and Hooker Cockram and then ultimately starting Kubic.

Upon leaving University armed with a Building Degree Brett spent a number of years working at Mirvac and then at the Docklands on numerous projects for Lend Lease before deciding to join Joseph in starting Kubic. Since starting the business from the front room of Joseph's house in Prahran the business has grown organically to an annual turnover in excess of $30M. Along the way KUBIC has developed a long list of clients, many of whom are repeat clients and has also picked up a number of awards and accolades for works they have completed to date.
