Loukas contributes his company’s success through the years to its ability to move with the times. Loukas nominees has evolved over the decades to meet market demands and have enjoyed success as a builder, as LDM Homes, Panache Homes and then in the early 1990’s expanded and become Panache Developments (Vic) Pty. Ltd.
