Nevins Homes

After building in Victoria for over 20 years, John Nevins moved to the Gold Coast with his wife in 1993 and obtained his Queensland Building Licence. John continued his tradition of building prestige homes both for Millionaires and First Home Buyers in areas such as Sovereign Island, Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove, Hedges Avenue (Surfers Paradise) and beautiful homes in the hills around the Gold Coast.

During this time he was able to obtain Multi Winning Awards in the 'Master Builders Homes of the Year' Awards. John earned the respect of his colleagues in the building industry, this included Engineers, Building Inspectors and other Builders. John has been asked by the Building Services Authority to attend meetings together with associate trades to discuss any problems in the industry and ways of correction.
