Sunbuild are true pioneers in the design and construction of hi-rise developments in the Northern Territory.

We build for the Territory conditions, and we work with the tropical environment rather than against it - We look at air flow, natural lighting and seasonal aspects to create comfortable, stylish and energy efficient homes and spaces.

Plant and Equipment

Sunbuild's fully owned plant and equipment gives us the freedom and flexibility to manage and deliver projects more efficiently, and we are currently structured to be able to work on two hi-rise developments at once.
